eBay issues anybody else having them

eBay is just getting on my nerves the last few days like I made six offers on cards four of them went through just fine because of how they have it set up where they instantly charge your card if it's accept it. But then I had two of them where the payment was pending for hours so I had to do cancellations and rebuy them and one guy didn't even want to sell because I had to cancel the first one. Then I had two buy nows charge me double I'm sure the charges will drop off but it sucks I have an extra $60 in charges pending anyone seeing issues lately ??????
