Ebay Refund

So I won this card:

its a 2021 Dominguez Bowman's Best Atomic Insert

I pay, I get notice that it has been sent. I then get an email from ebay saying:

Your refund is on its way!​

There is no explanation, no nothing. Is this just a seller upset that he did not get as much as he wanted to get for it?

Could be that or the seller sold the item on another platform (Blowout, SportLots, etc)

I just had that happen with a signed index card, it was frustrating, but I ended up finding what I needed for cheaper elsewhere, so it all worked out in the end.

Ya ok lol same thing happened to me but the guy said I don't have this card even it was a Orlando cepeda autograph number to 10 I waited a week after paying ask the guy if he's shipping all of a sudden I see a refund and I get a message I don't have this card sorry
