Last night was the 5th annual UNC Baseball First Pitch Dinner. This is an event where they introduce the team for the upcoming season and many of the former players come back. Last year was the first year that I went and it was a blast. This year was no different, except that SLNoble13 came with me. Despite being a Dook fan, it was great to have a fellow collector along with me. Here is what the night brought:

Featured speakers were:

Luke Putkonen - signed 4 cards, 2 posters that UNC had made, 5 4x6 photos, & 1 8x10 photos
Adam Greenberg - signed 4 cards, 2 posters that UNC made, 3 4x6 photos, & 4 8x10 photos
Matt Harvey - signed 3 4x6 photos, 2 posters that UNC made, 3 8x10 photos & 1 MLB baseball on the sweetspot. He is normally one per but was very accomodating throughout the evening. A great guy.

Unannounced guests included:

Jacob Stallings - 4 cards, 3 4x6 photos, 1 magazine cover, & 2 8x10 photos
Mark Fleury - 6 cards, 1 4x6 photo
Tim Federowicz - 2 4x6 photos, 10 cards, 2 8x10 photos & 1 MLB baseball on the sweetspot
Alex White - 3 4x6 photos, 10 cards, 3 8x10 photos, & 1 MLB baseball on the sweetspot
Michael Morin - 1 8x10 photo & 4 cards

And the surprise of the evening was......

Roy Williams - 2 8x10 photos, 1 card, & a mini UNC bat

All of that along with the entire 2013 #1 Preseason Ranking by Baseball America UNC team on custom 4x6 photos brought my grand total of autographs for the evening to 130. Overall, a great night of graphing, good company, and a great way to get ready for the baseball season.

Congrats Tim
That is so awesome my friend. I am glad you had a great time.
Thank you for helping me out with some of these guys.

if you would move one of the Putkonen's, let me know. I still need him for my collection.

I do have an extra card of Putkonen that I can trade. Let me know what you have for trade. My first preference would be Mets that I don't have. After that, I'm pretty open to just about any baseball autographs.
