Help with posting visuals on a thread...

I've wanted to include visuals for a thread here, but can't seem to find the right way to do it. I've even tried with putting it on photobucket first. My pictures are saved in a file on my computer desktop. Can anyone walk me through this procedure? Appreciate your time and willingness. Thanks, Rooster.

Hope this helps. If you're doing scans and using HP, use scan documents, change setting from black to color, and JPEG for the type of scan wanted. This puts the cards in a scan file automatically. Go to Photo bucket and press upload. It will then pull up your files and folders that have pictures in them. Go to the one that has the photos you want to transfer. Once the folder is open highlight the photo/photos you're thansfering and they will in the Photo Bucket transfer box. After you have all of the photos there hit open. This will then download your photos in the bucket. After you have them in your library you can then transfer them to The Bench. I click on the photo I want to transfer, go to the image links box on the right side of the page and open it, press the IMG code at the bottom, and the info box will flash copied. You now have the image on your note pad. Go to the thread you want to show it in and paste it. The code will show up and when you complete the post the photo will be there.

Appreciate the tutorial Butch, I don't have the images scanned, they are in file on my computer. The file was created from taking them off my digital camera. What would you say to that? ~Rooster
