HOFer John Mackey dead at 69

I see while I was on vacation 3 significant players died. Dick Williams and Wes Covington were mentioned already, but I didn't see a thread for Mackey. This really is a baseball dominated site for sure!

One of the greats! Met him several times when out and about in Baltimore, very nice and always wearing his superbowl ring. He was a great signer too never turned anyone down.
