How to extend DL time

How do I extend a players DL time, or do I need do anything?
I have two players on the 15 day dl that have no time left, but don't need to be switched to the 60 day dl. One has 1 week remaining for his injury; the other, three weeks. Do I just leave them where they are, or do I need to do something to get them back on the dl?

No need to do anything, they will sit there until you remove them.

I would recommend moving the 1 week player back to the active roster....he won't play when he is hurt, but will get playing time once healthy (since we sim 2 weeks approx at a time, he would just sit there useless for a week)

I'll leave them. The move I want to make will take a sim to do before I get the roster spot I want.
