I have $50 for mlb.com/cards question

I looked on there and most of the stuff not $100+ look to be Retail boxes of cards. Is there anything worth getting?

Under baseball cards. Since I have $50, I'd like to spend a grand total of $75 so $25 more than what I have. I was asking if Retail boxes since they give you less hits, are they even worth buying? I'm not a set builder.

Do you have to spend it on mlb.com? You can get some nice auto/gu low #ed for that on ebay.
