What a busy weekend. I spent most of it at the REX Hospital Open, which is a PGA Nationwide Tour event, since the charity that I am on the Board of Directors for was one of the charity partners this year. When I returned home, my mailbox had some nice returns:
June 2nd
Barry Foote c/o home in about 6 months. Unfortunately, the USPS did a number of the envelope which resulted in the cards being bent in half. I'm still happy to add a local product to my collection.
June 3rd
Former UNC Forward/Center, Pete Chilcutt c/o home in about 2 months. He signed a custom 4x6 photo and a 1992 Upper Deck. The Upper Deck card is for trade if anyone is interested.
Former MLB Pitcher, George Witt c/o home in just under 1 year. He signed a 1962 Topps for me. Nice to see this one return.
And a gift from Javier, who sent signed cards of Jose Alberro, Fernando Cabrera, and Helder Valazquez. Muchas Gracias, Amigo.
Overall, it has been a good weekend.
