Looking for BV HELP

I have these four sets of Basketball and I would love to know
the BV:

1995/96 Fleer Total "O" HOT PACKS Inset Set of 10
1994/95 Ultra All-Rookie Insert Set of 15
1999 Skybox Premium Ninety Fine Subset of 25
1997/98 Ultra All-Rookie Insert Set of 15

I have a 2015 Beckett's Plus Basketball guide that gives the 2 Ultra All Rookie sets a value of $12 each and the 1995-96 Fleer Total O hot pack set at $18.00 (.6 the value of the regular issue Total O set). I doubt the values have changed all that much in the last 3 years.

There is no value for the Ninety Fine Subset of the 1998-99 Skybox Premium. None of the Ninety Fine cards are listed individually in the guide, The regular Jordan is $5.00 and the regular Kobe is $2.50 so if either of those guys is in that subset, they would be half the value of their regular cards and thus would be the most expensive in that subset..
