Looking to get my collection appraised

Hello,

I've been collecting my whole life and I might have to sell my collection within the next few months. Does anyone know the best way to get my collection appraised? I have crazy-meticulous databases broken down by set and by player that I could email to a dealer if there are dealers who could give me good idea of what it would be worth. I want to know what my collection can be sold for, not what beckett.com says it is "worth".

Best bet is to just find some of the bigger dealers in your area and contact them. Most will want to look at the cards, since most dealers I've talked to hear all sorts of tales about what is and isn't there, and condition is always highly subjective.
