I just finished up my 1970 topps set so I no longer need the doubles. I am looking to trade them for a lot of 1972 topps cards to get me started on that set. I don’t have many cards from this set so I’m pretty easy on what cards I get. I would like cards that are vg/ex condition with few duplicates if any. Let me know if we can work something out.

Here is a list of my DUPES most of them are VG/EX with some off center. There may also be
someone's initials on the back of some of the cards as well

I'm new at this........... now what do we do?

I also have a lot of other 1972 cards. My goals are to fill my 1970 and then all Minnesota Twins topps from 1961-present. So I'm willing to trade some of my other years to fill these two goals. I have not categorized all of them yet, as i just retired and started to get serious about this.

I will be truthful in that none of my cards are PSA, in fact I was a typical kid who played with the cards a lot as a child. So if you want perfect cards, don't want to waste your tiem.

Thanks for responding to my post. I am mainly looking for VG/EX cards with no creases or major corner damage. Let me know what you have and we'll see where we can go. i just got pricing so i can probably play around sunday and get back to you then. thanks again!

OK.... I got pricing for both years cards and I have come up with the following proposal.

I will send you the following cards:

1970 Topps
68 235 246 400 448 460 492 495 509 538 - total value $23

you send to me:

1972 Topps
013 014 018 022 026 029 034 046 056 058 062 063 070 075 076
077 082 083 085 086 087 096 109 110 111 113 114 117 121 122
125 126 129 151 - total value $23.10

Let me know what you think and if you would like to proceed. Thanks!

I'm checking cards for creases and rounded corners. Will get back soon.

Sounds good, thanks!
As I initially said, I'm new at this and my cards were played with a lot, especially the ones I have from the 70's when I was a kid. i am sending you two pictures. You tell me if they would qualify for your VG rating. The one of Grzenda has pretty good corners. The Campanaris one, you can see the upper left is a little more rounded.

I went through them a little closer and a couple of the ones that you asked for have creases. I took them out of the equation.... as I don't want to have a bad reputation on my first possible trade. These would not work for you:

029 058 070 076
077 082 087 109 110 113

I would have other 1972 cards available. You tell me any replacements, and I can take a look. i am still categorizing them better at this time.

Sorry to be a pain, but just want to be sure I am doing this correctly. It is fun to find possible trades instead of buying.

I appreciate your attention to detail, do you have more cards than you originally listed or is that list what you have? There were a few others that I needed toward the end of your list but I’m not sure which they are at the moment and I don’t have my list readily available at the moment. Let me know if you have more cards and we’ll go from there. Thanks again

Here is my complete list. They are all open for trade. I would have to go back and check condition after a request, so ask for more than you want.
