Made a bad trade on youtube

Most of the details are in the video. I made a trade with user Lordjj44 on youtube. I gave him a Evan Longoria tribute auto for a Joe Mauer tag. The card came in crese and has some stain on the side. I am sending it back to him and requesting the longoria auto back.

After watching the video, I think that card is fake. Did you see the card before you made the trade?

He claim it the card was fine when I send it to him. But when I took a closer look after I broke the package, I found the crease. Later I found the stain on the side. He did a vid of all his cards, but it was a dark vid so I couldn't see the crease before I made the trade. It's basically my word against his. And unfortunately since I didn't make the trade on a trading site, I can't open a dispute. So I am just sending the card back to him and request he sent me back my longoria since I wasn't happy with the condition of the card.

And I didn't think the card was fake b/c I figured it was numbered, like all tag cards. So yea, that's another reason I'm sending it back.
