I have been trying to avoid spending any money on the Dodger$ until a new owner is in town, but Mr. October himself (Steve Yeager - Playgirl, Oct. 1982), was signing autographs in the parking lot. I figured $15 to park was worth a chip on my already low standards and made the trip with my two kids and my wife. The line moved pretty quick and both of my kids got balls signed (not sweet spots - I didn't ask - & most likely will fill these balls with more signatures). He signed two 1976 Topps (Jim, one is yours) and then I offered him the 4 85 Topps/Fleer cards. He said he didn't need them and signed each one and handed them back to me. He was really cool with the kids and gave my 4 year old some advise on smiling more. Nice way to spend the morning. The Topps cards are for trade. Yeager won't sign TTM so I'd love to help someone trying to complete a Dodgers set or the 85 Topps set.

hello, i can use the 85 fleer and one of the 85 topps, what can is end you in return? thanks

The 85 Fleer is pretty much spoken for (my 4 year old, but I can still negotiate). Do you have any 1976 Topps signed? Would love a Lee Lacy, Joe Ferguson or Bill Buckner if it's out there.

Awesome success, Mike! I especially like the pic of him pointing to his smile. I'm guessing that's when he was giving the kids pointers on smiling, yes?

By the way, Steve was also Mr. October in 1981...in the World Series, that is....
