My Favorite Set By Far! Scan Heavy

So I started this set when it came out back in '96 when I would go up to K.C. and spend time with my Grandparents. Since the packs were one of the more expensive it was rare to get one. I stopped collecting around 2000 and boxed up all my cards and put them in my closet. Around 2010 I got back into collecting but not for sets... then about 3 years ago I pulled down those old boxes and found about 20 of these and thought "wow! These are nice!" so I decided to go for the base set, X's and O's (need 9 more to complete), and Boss Hogs. The 'Surprise' sub-set is just WAY overpriced right now. I just recently completed the base set... and here it is! Oh... the set is '96 Playoff Prime.

Nice set! I cannot remember if T.O.'s RC was included in this set. I'm thinking it wasn't as the set is small in number and he was a lower round draft pick.

Thanks! I thought he wasn't in that set but was not sure. Some of those low round picks end up in unexpected sets like Tom Brady's RCs often were.

I think my favorite card of the set is Dan Marino... All white uni with the ball up by his chest/shoulder... usually you see him with the ball down near his waist ready to throw like a baseball player.
