I decided to mail Bud Selig since people have had success with him. Now if you've read Gary Sheffield biography Inside Power which im pretty sure you haven't 
then you'd know that they've had issues in the past with Bud betraying him (depends on how you look at it, I understand the biography was in Sheffs pov) Anyway I thought it would be interesting to write him a note and send a TTM to him with Sheffields topps rc. I realize it's a bit odd to send Sheffields but I figured it would be an oddball in my collection. I don't know what he'll think of this or if he'll sign it since it is indeed Sheffields card but it was worth a stamp and a rookie
