Need some help from our vintage guys

Just from the little bit you can see it looks legitimate in my opinion. I would ask the seller what it says on the back. It should have an add for felt pennants, an album for the cards or an offer for 5 1/2 x 7 1/2 premium photos. But you should always be careful when purchasing cards like this. They have been reprinted tons of times because of their value. I would ask the seller that if you purchase it and get it authenticated and it turns out to be fake would you be offered a refund.

The Musial looks okay to me - I agree with mm1sub, ask about a return if it isn't authentic - should be no hesitation from the guy if it is legit. Looking at his other stuff, he seems to have other vintage all the way up to some 80's stuff. Some is already authenticated which is a good sign. Also has 100% feedback (only 300+ total) so far with no issues apparently.

As a buyer, you're pretty well protected if you decide it's fishy or if it turns out to be a fake.

fwiw , i say it does at least LOOK legit , but.....just curious - WOULD a buyer be covered if the card turns out to be a reprint since the seller DOES have it LISTED as a reprint in both the item specifics and description ?

That seems to be the million dollar question. The seller lists it as a reprint so I am guessing he would be covered and you would most likely not get a refund. I for one would probably pass on the card.
