hey guys,
im toiling around with the idea of starting a new pc of autographed photos, however i was wondering when it comes to photos, how long do photos last before the start to fade or go bad. i ask because years ago i started collecting autographed baseball, and discovered that after about 20-30 years the ink on the baseballs started to fade and before long you couldnt tell who autographed the ball because the signatures faded so badly. does this happen to photos? anyone have any bad experiences with autographed photos over time? your thoughts please....thanks

Photo's made them chemical way are resin coated and will last for years if not exposed to direct sunlight................It's the UV light that changes the silver in the image and "lightens" it...................Not sure how a computer printed photo will hold up over time........................Hope this helps......................Mike
