I am looking to do some PWE(Plain White Envelope for those who don't know. LOL) trades(1-2 cards). I ask that the cards be sent in a toploader with the end taped or the toploader in a team bag so the cards don't slide out. I am looking to trade some RC's, Insert, Numbered, etc...
