Sticky Posts?

Could this post be a candidate for a "sticky" status?

It's something that (hopefully) will be a very active post once spring kicks in and through the year. I'd like to get it some exposure from the TTM and IP collectors without bumping it, thus cluttering it with posts.

Any specific rules around the sticky status I need to know?

As a general rule, we only try to stick threads with site news or rules but we will stick them on other occasions. We stick those that are requested to be stuck (such as a zlw's World Series contest, etc) as well as threads that we feel many will come back to.
