Surprised with this TTM today!

Today I received Buddy Bell TTM c/o White Sox. I have tried him with different addresses multiple times over the years. Recently I saw a success with him on another board and sent out a request on June 25.

Signed 1 in blue Sharpie and kept 1.

One more 1983 Fleer down! Only one more Texas Ranger to go before the set is complete: John Butcher. Any hints?
