Dodgers have clinched. Yankees have clinched. The Braves are about to clinch. The Astros are about to clinch. If the Cardinals can vanquish the Cubs this weekend, they are in prime position in the NL Central. Twins are 4 games up on the Tribe - it is still Minnesotas division to lose.

AL WC -- seems like the A's are in great shape. Tribe/Rays battling it out for that last spot....

NL WC -- Nats are in great shape. Brewers/Cubs battling it out for the last spot...Phillies/Mets on life support. Nola pooping the bad last night really hurt the Phillies chances....

Twins lose...but Indians also lose! 4 game lead with 8 to play. Best regards, David

Gonna be tough for the Tribe to catch the Twins..but crazier has happened! Not going to be happy if it is the Phillies that knock the Tribe out of contention - whoever loses tomorrow, the Tribe or Philllies can almost kiss the playoffs good bye. If the Phillies can win, their next 5 are against the Nats, they basically need to win out to stand any shot at all of a WC berth.

Cardinals are looking tough in the NL Central. Cubs falling flat at the wrong time.

Twins win again! 97-60 up by 4 over Indians 93-64...with 5 games to go! Best regards, David

NL & AL Central - the last two divisions to be decided. The Tribe keep winning, but so do the Twins - starting to feel comfortable prognosticating the Twins as the 2019 AL Central champs!

Phillies out of the wild card hunt - Nola throws up two clunkers when they need him most - that is exactly what aces do......Once the Nats sweep this 5 game series from the Phils, they will be WC #1 and host a game against probably the Brewers.

AL WC still crazy - A's/Tribe/Rays - no one wants to lose a game and they are all within a game of each other with about 5 to play.

Katester44 & DavidK, I am w/out a television, but I've been keeping tabs on the MLB season's progress online and right here. Thank you both for your contributions and Kirby, loving your bittersweet sardonic implosions w/ the Phillies and your vivid accounts of the other teams, highly amusing.... the pictures are better here!

Twins win the Central title! Best regards, David

Twins clinch!!! Twins clinch!! First division title since 2010. Hopefully they can get that monkey off their back that is the Yankees in the playoffs. Feels like they are always the team that knocks the Twins out of the playoffs!!

Brewers and Cardinals both clinch a playoff berth, now it is a race to see which one gets the WC and which one gets the division title.

Tribe takes a huge step backwards in their hopes for a WC berth as the Rays beat the Yanks and the A's walk off the Angels.

Pete Alonso one HR away from tying Judges rookie record of 52. The Phillies in danger of getting swept in a 5 game series..brutal. They have not been under .500 all season, would hate to see them lose out and end up that way. But hey, 4th place in the division is nothing to sneeze at....
