Unfortunately his rookie year was about the time I stopped collecting I have a lot of junk wax era, some late 70s early 80s stuff—not in great condition. Is there anything else u might be interested in that I could look for?

That's OK. I'll post up the 2 cards as a freebie. I stopped collecting years ago myself until about 2 years ago. It's been good to get back in it.
