Trade manager & YOSOYSOY

I am posting this Trading issue here as I (like other members) are unable to use TRADE MANAGER! I made a trade with YOSOYSOY for a Roger Clemens card. It was actually a buy= $1.00 + SASE for the Clemens Tek card. The transaction was posted to trade manage by YOSOYSOY on 2/10/20. The $1 & SASE was mailed 2/11/20. I have emailed and sent a message via the trade manager posting and have yet to hear from the above member????? Hoping to get a reply here from the above member regarding this trade. Thanks, Rich
