Players from the innaugural draft that had 0 Years of PRo service should be able to be traded shortly after Opening day 2008.
Players from t6he 07 Rookie draft who had 0 years pro service should be able to be traded just after the 08 Rookie draft.
I know some of you wanted to move some of these guys. So based on the software that is the time frame you will be looking at for trading players from last year who were at 0 Pro service
