Long time baseball set builder collector here with 71st birthday today..Can anyone sell me a reasonably priced 221-Ken Griffey Jr 2006 Topps Chrome black border refractor numbered to 549 as the last card I need to complete a 1-330 card Black border set.
The same two ebay sellers keep listing them over and over for past several years with no bids at 15-20 times high Beckett. Griffey’s rookie card was 1989.
