Was this card mailed to the wrong address? Mailed from Iowa

I received this in the mail two days ago and I do not know why I have it. It is not in my trade manager for any of my trades. If this was to go to another address PLMK and I will get it forwarded.

2025 Topps Chrome Platinum Shohei Ohtani #55RS-19

The card was mailed from Boone, Iowa (not posting the name)

Can anyone help me solve this mystery?

Update: I may have the mystery solved. It appears that a seller on eBay sent we the wrong card. I have contacted them on how they'd like to proceed.
