What happens to a trade if the other member never comes back?

I have a trade sitting in my TM that I confirmed I received but the other member has not. I'm just curious what will happen to it in 30 days, 60, 120, etc.??

Will it stay in trade purgatory forever??

It goes into a "Forgotten Trade" section in the Trade Manager. They will stay there for ever I believe. I have a couple in there for more than a year now.

Please note that confirmed trades can only be canceled if both traders agree to cancel. If a trade has not been confirmed, it can be canceled for any reason.

Nothing needs cancelled, I received mine, have to believe he received his. Thanks. Question is more out of curiosity than anything else.
