Who activates new members?

schillingfan from the FCB boards said he had applied for membership but has not been activated. Can someone check into this?

edit- he said he applied back in june or july

He either never got the confirmation email, or it went into his spam folder.

His account is in a queue waiting for the email confirmation. As long as you are vouching for him I will activate the account.
