I don't think this card exists. I have been looking for it since 2006 and have never seen one.
If you do find one, please lmk. I'd like to see what it looks like.

Hi Paul -

I've been looking since 06 as well and have come up empty on all my searches. I've put together the master 06 bazooka set (autos, gu, etc) and just short this card.
