WTB Jason Varitek rookie

I am looking for a 1992 Topps traded Jason Varitek rookie card. I am not sure how much it books for but since I live in the heart of Red Sox Nation everyone around here seems to want to charge an arm and a leg for one. I have heard people say that he was better than Johnny Bench and should be elected to the HOF any minute now. If anybody has one for sale please let me know a price delivered.

Sorry, but any baseball fan .....even a lifelong red sox fan like me would quite confidently say that Varitek doesn't hold a candle to Johnny Bench.
Varitek won't even get on the ballot....never mind get a plaque......just sayin'

I went to a show in Woburn and the only guy at the show who had one wanted 25.00 for it. The card books for 12.00 for some reason and he said it was way undervalued and that varitek will definetely get in the Hall in the very near future.

This guy sounds like he also sells ice to Eskimos. By any chance is this the same show at the Best Western in Woburn? The next one is on 02/27 I plan on going.

Yes that is the show. I do not think I will be attending that one because I am going to the big show in Cranston Rhode Island. It is the show that has been going on longer than The National so I figure it willbe pretty good.

Wow! Guys like that should be banned from shows........that sort of story is only bad for business.
I'll never go to that show....knowing there's shady characters in the mix.
