Also as you may be aware, most of the HOFers you listed don't have GU cards, especially if they were umpires or owners.

That said, I have an Al Barlick 2003 SP Legendary Cuts Etched in Time souvenir wood card, #177/400. Barlick was an umpire...I think that's the closest he had to a GU card.
