Ever since joining The Bench I've been more and more intrigued by the idea of starting my first ever set collection. Before now I've been mainly focused on my Tony Parker collection, and that's pretty much it. In fact, I haven't even kept any base cards in the past. They're all gone. Either given away to fellow collectors or, as ashamed as I am to say it now, just thrown in the garbage. After thinking about it for a while, I have decided to give it a shot. So now, instead of getting rid of all my base and inserts, they're all spread out in a hideous, beautiful mess on a card table next to my desk. There aren't many. Up until a month, or so, ago, these would have all already been gone, one way or another. After deciding to go for a set, the decision on which one was an easy one. When I first got into collecting I met a guy on Trading Card Central by the name of Richard Bostic (RGBII on TCC). He was regularly picking on me because I didn't collect baseball cards and was always trying to get me into it. Of course I always declined so he started sending me non-sports cards of A&G, a product he master collected every single year, just so I'd have some baseball cards in my collection, even if they weren't "baseball" cards. Well, Richard passed away back in March and, although we didn't talk as much these days as we used to, I know that if I were to tell him I was going to chase a set he'd be insistent that it be A&G. So, that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to get as many A&G cards from this year as possible. So, yeah, I'm looking to trade for any and all 2020 Allen & Ginter cards. Here's my list, which can be sorted by haves or by needs: https://sportscardclub.com/ag/ [I]I should mention that, because I never collected baseball before joining this site, most of the cards I have to trade are football.
