Well look for someone in or around your area that signs TTM is my best guess. That way you know you probably will get a response back

Are you looking for a "free" signing meaning a player who will appear for free, or a signing where the player gets an appearance fee but the public gets free autographs?

I have to be honest, I don't know any player, MLB or minor league who is going to appear for free.
Will you pay to get him there and back? Offer lunch?
I'm just not aware of any player who does it. I can see them doing it for charity, but then you would still have to charge for the autograph.

contact the teams they may set stuff up if its for kids or something. also check coaches. tony gwynn sat w/ a little league team for 15 min and talked to them and then signed a box of baseballs for the kids. depending what you want if they have time they may do it @ the park. and he was the visiting team. get channels ie ball parks PR people, the college coach or player trying to get. college kids will prob do it seeing they CANT get paid. look for a high draft pick possibilty coming to your neck of the woods and shoot the coach a email askign for 15 - 20 min to talk to kids and sign for them. prob wil do it. if a pitcher maybe more if he aint pitching that night.
