Can someone break down the 2012 Topps Heritage for me?

I got a few packs and i have a price guide,but i'm confused as to what these mean and card #'s were affected.Thanks in advance.I know bw stands for black & white.

I think TAR = Target, Wm = Walmart, and CS = Color Swap.
