On those Post cards the hand cuts are bad 99% of the time because they were usually done by a kid. If you have one that is cut nicely with no creases then I'd try getting it graded. That Mantle is not one I would grade, definitely miscut on the bottom right. Is that one the Life magazine version with the Post ad on the back?

No...it is not the Post Ad version.
