2012 Topps Baseball Update

I received the following:

288 unique base cards - NO DUPES!!!!! 87% of the base set of 330 - EXCELLENT!!

In the image of the previous Topps Baseball issues this year - this issue is excellent. In fact, the stores in Orlando were both talking about the pulls and hits in these boxes. The jumbos obviously have a few more 'hits' - but the hobby box does very well. If one is looking for inserts, the hobby box is for you. If you want relics/autos - go for the jumbo (and in the jumbo that I bought, I received a complete 330 card set.) Your call....

The Update is glossy on the front and matte finish on the reverse. The base cards have come a long way from the early 90's. Photography is very sharp - love that HD photography.

The set collector will really like this issue - it's a great followup to the previous 2 issues this year.

The minis are pretty cool. (If you happen to yank one of the Rays, send that puppy to me!)

Overall grade A

Go buy several boxes and send the Rays to me (gold, gold sparkle, etc...)

I do the black and gold sets each year, usually at least 2 gold sets, and can use them all! my trade pages (7) are listed below in my sig. i have tons of nice rays stuff for trade including dups of Rays blacks like Price, Longoria, etc. to trade for other blacks!

Just let me know what you find and also remember that I have most all Rays Black parallel ser.#d stars and players from all years, not just commons, the stars too, if you have any blacks to trade ever!

also, the golds i would give $2.50 avg price per in trade to account for stars, semi-stars, rookies, etc. just a ballpark so always open to your ideas!
