For the five or six of us doing the Golden Code thingy, I figure some of us might benefit from a Post here to visit. The reason being is that the trade manager there is terrible. But then. they aren't benefited by a high-end trade manager.

The main thing I can see this helping with is a Sounding Board for making trades on the Topps site. Most of the trades offered there are so foolish, the Trade Manager is usually a waste of time. I'm to the point where I have 29/29/28 (needing a Jeter and the Chase cards.), but I have 6 Virtual Cards. My best is a Boggs Gold, and I have a Napoli Gold, and base of Mantle, Alomar, Mattingly, and Kimbrel. Obviously, I'm not trading out of Gold for the Napoli. The Mattingly and Kimbrel are tradable for an Upgrade, though the Mattingly has a higher value for me.

Good luck finding the Verlander.

I have 22 player coins, 10 team coins, 8 HOF player coins, and a Stan Musial card.

I have entered 363 codes this year, and received 21 cards, none of them gold. This is worse than their stated odds of 1 in 15, and I should have received 1 if not two of the gold cards by now. I have redeemed some good cards though, including Ruth, Jeter, Mays, Cespedes, Gehrig, Cabrera, Snider and Mattingly (sorry, not trading anything unless I get duplicates; I did have an extra Adrian Gonzalez but already traded it.) I can't complain too much though because last year I redeemed a '62 Willie Mays. Tim, if you want the Jeter coin I'll gladly trade you one - I don't know how I can tell the trade is coming from you though.

I'll post that I will trade a Nelson Cruz for a Jeter. My handle is tim815. It usually posts both participan't names before the trade is completed. Thanks for the offer.

So if I was reading it correctly, you need 30 unique (different) Team, Player and HOF coins to be eligible for the Mays auto. is this correct? I'm at 13, 14 and 12 respectively. Got a ways to go!

Looking deeper, there are 3 really rare coins (Cardinals team, Verlander Player, and Ruth HOF). If you have the 3, you are (so to speak) GOLD :) lol.

Pretty much. Those are the chase cards. A few others seem harder than most to add, as well. On the upside, added a Trouty base to my GGC Collection last night.

Anyone willing to flip a Castro base for my Kimbrel base? PM me if interested.

Have total 1380 coins, the breakdown is 464 team-451 players- 465 hofer's. I've been on 29-29-29 since about 6 weeks in the contest.
I just sent for the last 12 die-cuts in my collection.have over 70 extra die-cut cards. Getting last coins ( cardinals-verlander-ruth)
are really have been hard? Anybody need any help just lmk by pm.

I'm trying to figure out how to accept an offered trade that isn't on your list of matching trades.

I had a Craig Kimbrel card, and I wanted to upgrade. Finally, my list of matching trades included two options: Heyward and Lincy. I checked the board of 'Available Trades' and saw I could get Hall Of Famers for Lincy, but not Heyward. So I flipped the Kimbrel for a Lincy. That was this morning. Now, I see no 'Matching Trades' for Lincy, even though there are 'Available Trades'. Makes no sense.

Also a bit odd that people are/were offering Babe Ruth base for my Trout base, but nobody is offering a Generic Gold.
