I received the following:
180 unique base cards - 3 dupes

In the style and design of the '64 set - Heritage does not disappoint. The base set consists of 425 cards, 75 SP's, and 25 'action SP's. The design is the same as the '64 set. The front has a 'head' shot and the reverse has complete MLB stats along with a question (answer is in 'rub off' box.)

SP's and action shots - one receives 8 SP's in the box. I did receive the 8 SP's - no action SP's. When the entire base set has 75 SP's - one will need a case of cards to complete the set. ( I have heard of some who have purchased a case and were short on the 1-425 cards... what's up with that?)

Many collectors wait for this issue every year and work on collating with other Heritage collectors. This issue will be much the same. I like the number of inserts - not too many. Player collectors will have several parallels to chase - chrome - regular #ed to 999, silver #ed to 564, black #ed to 64, and the purple. ( I was fortunate in my first box to receive 24 purple refractors - apparently, it was a 'hot' box. Purple refractors are not numbered - but clearly marked with 'refractor' on the reverse.) After ripping 3 boxes, I am still short 75 or so base cards and nearly 60 SP's.

Overall grade A could have received a few more base - maybe 10 cards to the pack?

Go buy a case or 3 - send the purple refractors to me along with the Rays parallels.
