Topps Chipz question

So I hit Walmart yesterday to do some grocery shopping and picked up a couple packs of 2014 Topps Chipz. In each pack there was one chip with a peel over the picture of the player. Is there any type of significance to it or are they just regular chips with a peel on them?

As far as I can tell, there is no significance to the chipz covered with stickers. My son and daughter love them and we buy packs pretty regularly. I think the stickers are just supposed to be a fun thing.
