2021 Stadium Club Chrome Refractors Identification

The base cards in this set all have multiple versions of parallel refractors. Most can be identified because they are numbered with the print run. But that leaves Parallels and Wave Parallels with no way for me to tell them apart.

Likewise, inserts also have parallel refractors. The issue there is that the insert and the wave refractor again are not marked. And I don't know how to tell the difference.

There must be a way to identify these. I did notice a code on the back of the card that might be the answer, but I don't know what the codes mean. Can someone explain how to differentiate the Wave refractors vs. their cousin cards?

Wave refractors are pretty obvious when you get one - they are pretty rare, the base versions are supposed to be an extremely low print run. The insert versions seem more common.

I found the best way to check for the base refractors was to tilt the cards in each pack - the refractors reflect way more light than base cards. The inserts are technically all refractors and the only parallels are the numbered cards.

Here is an example of a wave.

Thanks for the education. It is a pretty simple set. I was wondering if the waves have the word wave by the card number or does it say refractor? Thanks.

The back looks just like the base cards when I compare them on the inserts. I don't have any base ones left to check on those but I don't think it says wave on those as well.

The refractors will say Refractor on the back below the card number. Unfortunately all the codes on the Stadium Club Chrome refractors and base end in 8783 BUT it will differentiate these from the chrome and refractor inserts in regular Stadum Club. They'll have a different code. The colored refractors you'll just have to look for the serial number on the back /50 for gold,/25 for orange and /5 for red. The wave refractors are pretty easy to distinguish from the regular ones.

I guess I'll have to check the codes towards my set to make sure they are from the same set. I appreciate the help, since I'm colorblind. Colorblind in that the shade or lighting conditions can sometimes make a blue color look green for example. Best wishes, Dave
