A Set A Week - This Week: 1996 Topps Chrome

A little while ago I decided to try to complete all Topps Allen and Ginter and Topps Chrome sets. It has been a slug, so I thought I would try focusing on one set a week
After a week I will focus on the next set.
This week it is 1996 Topps Chrome and here are my needs:
