It's produced by sportscards.com. $79 for a two-card box. The link in my original post goes right to the product page.
They also have scans of all of the original documents so you can see where a card's word or relic came from.
Neat set if you don't want to spend a fortune to own a piece of history. Two cards per box, and every card has a piece of a document handled by a president, a handwritten word from a letter they wrote, or an actual signature. Released on Inauguration Day by sportscards.com.
Here's what I pulled...
I was lucky enough to pull a SSP Puig from a pack - a Walmart rack pack of all things - and while I'm inclined to hold onto it as a long-term investment, I would be willing to move it for a 1950s-era Gordie Howe hockey card.
This is the super short print variation of Puig's regular US250 card...
What a neat giveaway. Thanks, Ryan!
If you've still got a Wil Myers, I'd love that. If not, the Gretzky-Blue Jays card is very cool and I'd go with that one.
Wow! This is incredible! I never win these.
Thank you for the contest, David.
And good luck to everyone else on future contests. (Your time will come, gophergirl23. Keep on dreaming!)
