    The binder fits perfectly into a large flat rate mailer I can fill it up nicely with more cards and do it for $30 if you wish.

    Probably 60% is 1985-94, 10% prior to that, then the rest 1999-2007 and 16-17. Lots of complete sets, partial older sets in binders. Couple (5-6) of 5000 count boxes with nothing but stars. Binders with older stars, etc. I just spent $24-27 per box to ship out 3200 boxes and just felt sick...
