Not a great pic but here are the Cubs I have for trade. I'll set aside for you so far:

I couldn't find a '63 Post Brock on my checklist? Was that a typo?
If you're interested in more of the Cubs I have for trade and I need to add more on my end I'd be interested in what '62 Topps cards you have available for trade.
At some point I'd suggest that I submit a Price Check unless you have an online Beckett.

If I had been thinking when I posted that, I would have realized there is no way there would have been a 1963 Post Brock - I probably meant 1963 Post Andre Rodgers 173. These were the only Cubs I saw on your trade list I needed and have no problem with you doing a price list. I do not have any reference books and, when I have to, I used Sportlots. I normally do not really worry about BV unless there really seems to be some real apparent discrepancy.

I agree. I just want the trade to be fair for both parties. I'd be happy finding a good home for the Cubs cards. Looking at eBay as a guide it looks like this:

No idea on what the book value I listed but I think it might be close. My priority would be the Madlock RC $5? and the 2 Hostess cards. Do you think based on condition that the other match up? Let me know what you think. thx Ron

Thanks. I have had these cards many years and have been on 6 different sites over the years trading. I used to not want to trade vintage for new because the BV of new cards come out high and then in a couple years fall after the newness wears off. In the past few years it seems all everyone is looking for are cards that are Mint. I am in the twilight of trading, haven't done much in the past four or 5 years and am glad to get cards into hands of people that need them. Over the years, also, many people have helped me out with Cubs cards (so much that I have probably a couple hundred dups), so I am glad, at times, to help people out also. I will be out of pocket the rest of the day but have pulled the following and will send for the Cubs cards you have listed. Also, I do collect Bears cards if you have any laying around.

Jim - First, thanks for the trade and the Chambliss card. I'll add something to your end too. I'm happy with any condition of vintage so I didn't need you to scan or describe any of the ones I wanted. I don't collect football but with the weather getting nicer I plan to get to some local shops and shows. So, if I see something I'll pick it up for you. As for vintage Cubs, unfortunately, I traded all of my extras to Tony K. I'm working on a trade with another Bench member and I have some extra '62 Topps cards for possibly some extras that he has. My '62 Topps cards are mostly VG, G and P. But I think his condition needs are low so he may want the 22 I have for him. Even with creases and soft corners, all of my '62 Topps are special. LOL. If it is ok with you I'll post the trade. Thanks again. Ron

Absolutely, post the trade. I know of Tony K. We have corresponded a few times over the years. Re '62's. I also have about 30 in VG so if you need any other in that condition. just LMK.

I apologize as I forgot to mention that the '77 Hostess is 118 not 18. My original post said 118 but I never picked up the 18 typo.

Jim - no worries. I think I carried the typo into the transaction but I knew from your scan and my Hostess checklist that it was 118. I do typos all the time. LOL Thx Ron
