How to get out of rookie status

Desert Storm cards
Also there are two sets of the desertstorm set. Im not talking about the baseball set set. On the shield on the card there is either yellow or brown. One set is harder than the other. I have both sets but has been a long time so dont know which one is harder. jason- nsucolonel
