Does anybody know what packs the DOI and Constitution cards
came in?

I can't seem to be able to get the ones to finish so I thought I
might try and buy the boxes.

The DOI cards were inserted in Series I packs and the Constitution cards were inserted in Series II packs of 2006 Topps.
