MacAfee is pretty interesting. 3-Time All-American at Notre Dame and won the Walter Camp Award in 1977 and finished third in the Heisman Trophy voting. Was the 7th overall pick in the '78 NFL Draft. In 1980, after his second year in the NFL he was asked to switch to guard, didn't want to play guard so he retired and went to dental school and in '83 became a dentist. Elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 1997. His father was also a tight end in the NFL in the 50s.
