1 gig graphics problems?

I hate to get tech but I just plugged in a 1 Gig graphics card GE220,..running 1920 through a Dell 22,XP OP,.. 2007 Celeron with 2 gigs
The adds running up top are causing my screen to repop when I scroll in the general forum,light blue, not bad but a eye blast,..

Anyone else?

I'd verify you had the most recent drivers on the video card, and an updated direct X version. If it's still an issue, I'd consider trying a different browser to try to recreate the issue.

Sounds like a software issue somewhere.
