15 topps series 2 quality control issue

Busted 2 Hobby Boxes and come to find out every one of the highlight cards have dings on the upper left corner no other card is damaged in any way bought 2 blasters at Wal Mart and 3 of the First Home Run cards are miscut here are some pics of the damaged cards is anyone else having issues ?

Picked up a jumbo box - & had no quality problems - except that this was the first time I was not able to complete a base set from the box - poor collation.
