1982 pricing guide

Since there is some good chatter going on about old pricing guides, I dug out this 1982 Card Prices Update, which looks like it was published quarterly. I got this when it came out, but have no idea where I got it, maybe magazine rack of a bookstore? Here are some photos with 1961 and 1971 pricing.

Yeah, I would totally pay the 7 bucks BV for the 61 Topps Willie Mays, no problem! What a difference 39 years makes!
